“From out of town tried October 2025, had four different flavors for 20 bucks on traditional wings tried three. Cajun rub was decent not quite as spicy as Wingstop, but still recommended. Creole Parmesan was the second flavor this I did not care for. The last flavor was garlic Parmesan, which was very good just a bit over the top rich. The size of the wings were impressive, chose takeout 15 minute drive back to hotel, still crispy. Highly recommended.“

“We went for dinner on a weeknight it wasn't super busy. Our food was all very good. The mashed potatoes were very smooth and buttery. The fried walleye came out hot and flaky as did the country fried steak. Soup was good and we grabbed dessert to take home and enjoy later since we were to full to eat it there. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience and we will be back.“

“Visited here because it was open late. Got myself a latte with oat milk, which was extremely good, but notice that they also sold Acai Bowls. I decided to order one. Acai bowls are known to be a little expensive, but this one wasn't too bad. Not only that, but this was probably the best and freshest Acai Bowls that I've ever ordered from anywhere. Not to mention the portion size that coincided with the price. I will definitely be coming back to try all the different kinds that they have.“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! “Had an awesome experience at Pie Sci in Oakland Park. its hard to grab food on the go when its medically necessary to be gluten and dairy free. They do just that at Pie Sci! Picked up a pie to eat before the Tigers playoff game, game lost but Pizza was a home run!“

What made the experience even better was that the worker suggested the substitution in a non-pushy, helpful manner which aided the problem-solving portion of my ordering. “Been coming here since the 90s when I was a kid. Recently bought by the mi pueblo restaurant family. They retained the same staff and atmosphere but updated the entire place giving it a more clean and nice place to be without losing its charm.“

“I was fortunate to find this hidden gem. I was the first customer on Friday, September 4 and I felt love and warmth as soon as I walked in the door.

I inquired about the history and found they opened almost in the midst of COVID and experienced a few struggles.

The salmon croquette patties were so flavorful. The honey biscuit and truffles fries were top notch. The dine-in service was wonderful.

Kettle chips were used instead of actual nacho chips and the « beer cheese » as described on the menu was some kind of white mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. It was not cheese at all-did not look like cheese or taste like cheese.
The live music was such a treat! Really added to the atmosphere-very nice touch compared to normal boring airport pubs!“

We squeezed in to the last two available seats at the bar today (Fish fry Friday) and ordered the walleye and the perch. The wait for it was a little long but holy moly, well worth the wait! The owner was in constant motion at the fryers working his butt off as were the wait staff and bartenders too. I’ve had fish all over the downriver area and this place was the best! I’m from Irish Hills where they have good fish too, but I’m telling you, try the fish at Franks! Outstanding!“
