“My husband and I saw a review of Sicily's, and wanted to try it. It did not disappoint! We got the deep dish, and an order of meatballs, for take-out. It was an hour drive to get home. I had a bite of it while it was cold, and it was super good! I put the rest of the piece in the air fryer, and it was amazing. The sauce is fresh tasting, and the crust was crispy on the bottom, and chewy in the middle. The cheese on the edge was slightly brown, and crisp, just the way I like it. This was absolutely the BEST pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot in my almost 65 years! Meatballs? Another best ever! Tender and so much flavor, with a good amount of marinara, so that every last meatball has as much as you could want. It was DEFINITELY worth the trip, and well worth the money! I would be in so much trouble if I lived closer, but I would do it again in a heartbeat! And to top it off, the Chef/Manager was SO nice and friendly! We had a very nice chat with him about the sourdough, and the restaurant, and how much he loves what he does. And you can tell! I highly recommend trying this place, they are about 1 block off of the freeway, and easy to get to.“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! “My cousin wed their beautiful bride last night and their original post wedding brunch location fell through at the last minute. Groups of us came through right as Supergeil opened. The IPAs are tasty and hoppy while the porters are robust and warming in the cooler months. Big, big fan of Elephant Juice and Sweater Weather - this combination covers my whole year. The brewery is a nice space, funky and welcoming. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, can't go wrong here.“

“Summertime Fresh bar was a great experience. We ordered the soba tofu wrap and the garden veggie wrap. Both were very filling, fresh, and extremely delicious. We also tried the avocado toast which was one of the best I’ve had. I’m a volume eater, and believe me, I did not leave hungry. The owner, Curtis, was very gracious and took his time to answer all of our questions and give additional information. It was money well spent and I really look forward to a return trip!“

“Really solid coffee shop! I came here in search of a latte for the morning walk. First, the space itself is very nice and open. Lots of tables available with seating, and seating at the window to people watch or work on a laptop. They had a nice selection of beverages with a great selection of syrups such as lavender, pistachio, and vanilla. The barista was very nice in offering recommendations to me. Pastries looked visually great, and were a good size. They had coffee cake, scones, brownies, etc. The coffee I got was really good and hot! I ordered a chai tea latte and was not disappointed. Overall, a great stop.“

“If you want the worlds best coffee this is where you should go. (No seriously) Anthology Coffee is a really great place. Its has a chill vibe, covered in plants, outdoor seating, its really cool. The Coffee is amazing. They roast it right there in the cafe and get it from small farmers all over the world who don't use any pesticides or GMO's. The pastries are great and they are all gluten free and they usually have something savory on weekends (It goes fast, so be there early). The baristas are really great and its kid friendly. Anthology Coffee is wheel chair accessible, there is a lot across the street with free parking, its great for groups, really anyone. Its located on 1948 Division St in Eastern Market which is really great cause you can head over to the market after or go for a nice walk on the Diquindre Cut. My sister lives in Detroit and every time I visit we always go to Anthology Coffee, I really love going there. Anthology Coffee is an amazing place, the people there actually care about the quality of coffee and where it comes from, they don't exploit their employees or customers, and really make a difference. The Anthology Coffee family is even better than coffee itself. I would definitely recommend checking it out.“
