Without exaggeration, I can say that this is by far the best coffee I've had in America.They(boldly and unashamedly) serve incredible alternative processed coffees, and if you're into coffee, you are in for a tasty that very few places in the world can offer. If you want the worlds best coffee this is where you should go. (No seriously) Anthology Coffee is a really great place. Its has a chill vibe, covered in plants, outdoor seating, its really cool. The Coffee is amazing. They roast it right there in the cafe and get it from small farmers all over the world who don't use any pesticides or GMO's.
