“Kekos rebranded Hot n New The Corner Brunch House, went twice last week first week open. Sunday 1pm a full house had to wait ten minutes for a table, parking lot full. The words out full Brunch everyday open till 3pm. Super exciting new marvelous dishes and fancy Coffee menu. See photos of menu in my post. Got 2 of my favorite waitress still Amanda and Ms Z both always the best service 😄. First visit Chorizo n Cheese Omelette topped with Jalapenos with Bowl of Cheezy Grits and Pancakes only $11 for the win 😋💯. Sunday had 6 waitress on the floor, I happily waited for a booth. Mind blowing delicious 😋 Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict outstanding with those Cheezy Grits I'm addicted to. “5 stars is not even enough to describe the experience that myself and my family had. First and foremost i want to thank the host, and staff by giving me such an amazing experience. The service was top tier, water constantly filled and napkin and silverware constantly replaced. I walked in with my family and the vibe and people were very pleasant. Host sat us to our table and explained what the apps were and described her favorite choices. She didn't go wrong with that, we had the lamb sticky ribs, and chipotle chicken bites. My God the flavor was sweet and savory with an amazing amount of tenderness from the ribs and crispiness from the chicken. Then our waitress took our order with such patience and professionalism i appreciated everything that she had to offer. I ordered the fish and chips sandwich and the salmon also the ribeye melt. Please anyone reading this, these items are the GO TO if you are dining in for the first time. The crunchiness from the sourdough on that fish sandwich is too good to be true. The gravy that comes with the steak melt, my son was dipping his fingers with the fries of how much he enjoyed it. The Salmon had such an amazing flavor it was super pleasant. Had a few mocktails which was very good, beats a soda and a water any day. This will always be my go to place, probably the best in Dearborn. Thank you Birdie! Ill def come again soon!!“

“My husband and I saw a review of Sicily's, and wanted to try it. It did not disappoint! We got the deep dish, and an order of meatballs, for take-out. It was an hour drive to get home. I had a bite of it while it was cold, and it was super good! I put the rest of the piece in the air fryer, and it was amazing. The sauce is fresh tasting, and the crust was crispy on the bottom, and chewy in the middle. The cheese on the edge was slightly brown, and crisp, just the way I like it. This was absolutely the BEST pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot in my almost 65 years! Meatballs? Another best ever! Tender and so much flavor, with a good amount of marinara, so that every last meatball has as much as you could want. It was DEFINITELY worth the trip, and well worth the money! I would be in so much trouble if I lived closer, but I would do it again in a heartbeat! And to top it off, the Chef/Manager was SO nice and friendly! We had a very nice chat with him about the sourdough, and the restaurant, and how much he loves what he does. And you can tell! I highly recommend trying this place, they are about 1 block off of the freeway, and easy to get to.“

“Visited here because it was open late. Got myself a latte with oat milk, which was extremely good, but notice that they also sold Acai Bowls. I decided to order one. Acai bowls are known to be a little expensive, but this one wasn't too bad. Not only that, but this was probably the best and freshest Acai Bowls that I've ever ordered from anywhere. Not to mention the portion size that coincided with the price. I will definitely be coming back to try all the different kinds that they have.“

“My cousin wed their beautiful bride last night and their original post wedding brunch location fell through at the last minute. Groups of us came through right as Supergeil opened. “Last night we made a pilgrimage to Detroit for one reason only, to visit TAKOI. We had the 6 course chef’s choice menu (plus another few courses on the house). I had very high expectations, but the staff and food managed to exceed them. If anyone is ever in downtown Detroit. You MUST try Takoi!🍜🍲“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! I am not a fan of Nutella so the worker suggested I replace the spread with the vanilla spread instead. Great choice and recommendation.

What made the experience even better was that the worker suggested the substitution in a non-pushy, helpful manner which aided the problem-solving portion of my ordering. This kind of service is lacking in a lot of businesses these days. This was a wonderful change of pace from what has now become reality.“

We squeezed in to the last two available seats at the bar today (Fish fry Friday) and ordered the walleye and the perch. The wait for it was a little long but holy moly, well worth the wait! The owner was in constant motion at the fryers working his butt off as were the wait staff and bartenders too. I’ve had fish all over the downriver area and this place was the best! I’m from Irish Hills where they have good fish too, but I’m telling you, try the fish at Franks! Outstanding!“
