“Kekos rebranded Hot n New The Corner Brunch House, went twice last week first week open. Sunday 1pm a full house had to wait ten minutes for a table, parking lot full. The words out full Brunch everyday open till 3pm. Super exciting new marvelous dishes and fancy Coffee menu. See photos of menu in my post. Got 2 of my favorite waitress still Amanda and Ms Z both always the best service 😄. First visit Chorizo n Cheese Omelette topped with Jalapenos with Bowl of Cheezy Grits and Pancakes only $11 for the win 😋💯. Sunday had 6 waitress on the floor, I happily waited for a booth. Mind blowing delicious 😋 Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict outstanding with those Cheezy Grits I'm addicted to. “Cannot recommend this place enough. WOW. Do yourself a favor and order the Ribeye, the Penne Pasta ala “no vodka” with chicken, the mushroom bisque soup, the Chipotle chicken bites with ranch. You will be so pleased. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. One of our top dining experiences ever. Birdies is my new favorite restaurant. Worth every penny. We sat inside because of the weather but could still see outside to the views which were beautiful.“

“My husband and I saw a review of Sicily's, and wanted to try it. It did not disappoint! We got the deep dish, and an order of meatballs, for take-out. It was an hour drive to get home. I had a bite of it while it was cold, and it was super good! I put the rest of the piece in the air fryer, and it was amazing. The sauce is fresh tasting, and the crust was crispy on the bottom, and chewy in the middle. The cheese on the edge was slightly brown, and crisp, just the way I like it. This was absolutely the BEST pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot in my almost 65 years! Meatballs? Another best ever! Tender and so much flavor, with a good amount of marinara, so that every last meatball has as much as you could want. It was DEFINITELY worth the trip, and well worth the money! I would be in so much trouble if I lived closer, but I would do it again in a heartbeat! And to top it off, the Chef/Manager was SO nice and friendly! We had a very nice chat with him about the sourdough, and the restaurant, and how much he loves what he does. And you can tell! I highly recommend trying this place, they are about 1 block off of the freeway, and easy to get to.“

“Bob Jo's has the best custard Downriver hands down! I recently went there with my best friend and we got kind of a half and half we did a Twist but only halfway and then put the lemon on top which was the special flavor of the day yum!“

“Why am I JUST now reviewing this amazing establishment? Strange... Considering It's been my favorite place to get fresh deliciousness for the past 2 years! The Power salad is THE best salad EVEER, I will never get tired of the layers of flavors and that DRESSING, OMG. Seriously. The dressing. And the avocado toast is so scrumptious! I love the sprinkle of pepitas, and the fact that there is a GF option makes my soul smile, THANK YOU Chef!🙏🏽 The juices, the smoothies, they're all my favorite, there's no way to choose a best one. “My cousin wed their beautiful bride last night and their original post wedding brunch location fell through at the last minute. Groups of us came through right as Supergeil opened. “Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! Thank you for a dreamy night.“

“Tried it for the first time and it was amazing! I got medium heat and to me it was the perfect ratio of spice and flavor. Fries were amazingly seasoned and the mac and cheese was very good. My mozzarella sticks were hot so they had a nice cheese pull. All my food reheated nice as well. My boyfriend got the Dave's hot trio and he says it was so good. Would definitely come back!“

The owners are so genuinely nice and it shows that they work hard to create such a family friendly environment for the neighborhood. Our two girls love trying new flavors every time we go(it’s a lot). Our kids can see the building from our front door so our kids will often run out of the house to see if the windows are open 😂 thank you guys for being such a big part of my kids childhood.“

“The chicken kabob was moist and flavorful. It was my favorite part of the meal. That's not to say that the rest of the meal wasn't exceptional as well. Considering the menu is small, I imagine all of the things on it are delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more on their menu the next time I'm in town. The friend I had lunch with is a local and he told me after lunch that he saved this place because he liked his meal so much.“

“This is a nice place. I didn't order much food only spinach dip and bang bang shrimp. Those were delicious! I didn't care for the spinach dip. My drink was strong and tasty. A strawberry long Island ice tea. And yes I've had weak ones.“

Service was good. Food and drinks came out quick.

They have a patio that we didn’t utilize but upon entering on a chilly day, was quite warm. We sat inside at a booth style table. Wasn’t a fan of the booth seat as it didn’t allow for me to sit straight, the back had an angle to it so I’d have to lean it back like fat Joe.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had specials which was a great surprise to us. I paid less than $14 for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a mimosa. So it was a good deal! I left feeling satisfied, just a tip to ask for extra napkins!“

“First time trying Frank’s. My wife looked up places to try for good walleye and it came up so figured, why not? A little frustrating trying to find it initially, but we’re glad we did! Food was excellent. My wife had the walleye and said that it was one of the best she’s had in a long time. I had the catfish and loved it. Breading wasn’t heavy so you could taste the fish and the hush puppies were devoured quickly they were that good. All in all highly recommend and we’ll be back!“
