“Black Pine Tree has a wonderful ambiance! It’s well decorated, the younger people in our party specifically enjoyed the wall with the color-changing lights. There are decent vegetarian options, which are all delicious, and staff is decently knowledgeable about them all.

Vegetarian options: The Yakisoba is a vegetarian dish that consists of noodles and a heap of delicious vegetables.
There are several vegetarian sushi rolls which are also tasty.”

My family and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Southgate tonight and had an experience that could have been disastrous, but thanks to Andrew, the assistant manager, it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences for all the right reasons. After we were accidentally served napkins with a concerning issue, Andrew immediately took charge of the situation with the utmost professionalism and care.

Not only did he comp our entire bill, but he also generously provided us with two $25 gift cards. Andrew’s dedication to ensuring our satisfaction went above and beyond our expectations. His genuine concern for our experience and his swift actions to rectify the situation were truly commendable.

Because of Andrew's exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service, we will definitely be returning. Buffalo Wild Wings is fortunate to have someone like Andrew on their team—he turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, and we left feeling valued and appreciated as customers. “Best Thai food I have ever had in my ENTIRE life!!! My mom and I were looking for a good place to go for lunch and were both craving chicken. We decided to pull over and try Suphan Thai Kitchen for the first time ever today :):):). Staff was friendly, fast, and restaurant was super clean!!! Clean bathrooms as well!!! They have a huge poster of all meal options above register. I ordered General Tso's Chicken and chicken spring roll. The flavors were very authentic. Lunch portions are very generous...enough to take home for dinner. Honestly, I have tried MANY Thai restaurants all over the country and NEVER had General Tso's Chicken that could even touch/compete with theirs. Prior to leaving staff kindly gave me a take out menu. Lets just say I want to go back already and get another order... ONLY thing I will do different next visit is order the Dinner portion, because it was so good I ate everything and wish I still had left overs for tomorrow. The left overs I did have...ONLY lasted 5 minutes when I got home after visiting my grandma today.”

“READ IF YOU ORDER THIN CRUST PIZZA IN THE APP

this location has good service and the pizza is made to order specifics. I ordered a thin crust on the Hungry Howies app a few weeks ago and got a regular pizza instead I thought this was just a mistake Today I ordered a thin crust again on the app and got the regular pizza again I Informed the person at the front showed them my order receipt and then they showed me theirs and it didn’t show a thin crust in the order. They got just a regular pizza

So they are having issues with their app so if you order a thin crust, they won’t be able to see that it’s a thin crust for some reason due to an issue with the app.

Otherwise, good location have never had issues issues with this location and the quality of my orders

they made it right and made me a new pizza by the way, even offered to give me the other pizza but I didn’t want it so I just gave it to them.”

After: mediocre to bad service, prices much much higher, food not good. After dining here for nearly 20 years our visit today was our last. I'm not sure if there are new owners or what has occurred but the change of staff has had a negative effect. Time to find a new coney Island.”

“Today 4/22/2022 we had a disappointing experience with our purchase at The Pasty Shop. I ordered (2) regular beef pasties at 2:00 for pickup at 4:00. When I got them home and cut into them they were extremely dry, had no onion, and the inside of the crust was burnt.
