“Kekos has amazing food. I have been known for my cooking before my accident. I am an RN and used to make meals for coworkers, doctors,surgeons,etc. My family was surprised I would order breakfast when I was very good at cooking everything. I have told everybody I know how Great the food is at Kekos. From breakfast to Dinner they give great portions and high quality food“

“Wow. What an absolutely fantastic final dinner of 2023! After we managed to find a late dinner reservation for New Year's Eve, it was a relief to discover that our excitement about the tasting menu was well-placed. I would definitely recommend the drink pairings as well! The amuse-bouche featuring oysters from the West and East coasts was a delightful way to splash into the meal. The wasabi and the mangosteen featured in each of the oysters, respectively, complimented the beautiful brine of the oysters in such a wonderfully playful way. This first tasting urged us to pause the menu progression and order an extra dozen oysters to explore the other possibilities. Tasting from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island, they were beautifully prepared and of excellent quality. The first course of lobster salad felt like a summer in Maine. Not that I've ever been to Maine, but the imaginary scene flashed across my vision as I took that first refreshing bite. The grapefruit emulsion worked almost majestically with the light, refreshing flavor of the lobster salad. The tapioca chip was perfect for the crunch to fully bring the different elements of the dish together. A fascinating intersection of refreshment and comfort. The second course was the potato pavé. I'll be thinking of this potato often for the foreseeable future. It was one of those dishes that makes your eyes pop open a bit when you bite it as you realize how good it is. A beautifully layered and seared rectangle of flaky delicious potato resting with a lovely salsa brava speckled with trout roe, topped with tarragon, cured trout, and black truffle flakes. I don't even know what else to say. It was stunning. Sea urchin buttered ramen, the third course, will always be what I wish my at-home thrown-together ramen could be. It was rich, it was luscious, it was comforting. Growing up in southeast Texas, crawfish boils were always some of the most exciting times of the year. The crawfish tails in the ramen brought me back to those summer days eating crawfish with a cold beer. The duck breast for the fourth course was exceptionally cooked. It was juicy and flavorful and made a perfect bite with a bit of cauliflower, raisins, apricot, agrodolce, and foie-sauce. Each bite was such a symphony of flavor that kept me coming back. Last but absolutely not least was the gâteau ardéchois: the chestnut cream cake. Accompanied by cranberry coulis and crispy meringue bites, this dessert was a sweet but still mellow finish. While the coffee mascarpone ice cream was a robust and complementary flavor, we both agreed the vanilla coconut ice cream was the star between the two. Thank you again to the stellar crew at Mink! “We dined here for the first time this week and had an incredible experience. The ambience and quality of service really stood out to us. The build out of the space is also beautiful. “While riding the place caught my attention due to it being in a plaza. I walked in there was one customer ahead of me then I made my selection I chose the Orange Roughy sandwich awesome choice. I was indeed satisfied with my purchase. This is a family business and to the staff keep cooking scrumptious chicken and more I loved the fish thanks again for the service.

“The wife and I love some good seafood. We seen this place the other day while at a concert at the 142. Well, a week later I call to make a reservation and take her out to see how good the seafood is here. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT NOW…..ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! The fish was very fresh and delicious. I had the morel crushed halibut and the wife had Tokyo Tuna. Very spot on. Our waitress Felicia was spot on and didn’t skip a beat. Chef David came over and delivered our dinner personally and I couldn’t ask for such better attention to detail that he puts into his plates. You sir are the best chef in the area hands down.“

“The food is so good here. REAL. Authentic. Delicious. I make it a point to get the ribeye steak here for my birthday every year and I absolutely look forward to it. Poblano sopa is fire. Handmade FRESH guacamole is fire. Have not had one bad thing from this menu. BYOB, grab yourself a cerveza from the bodega across the street and get in there.“

“I got their breakfast burrito & personally that’s one of the best I’ve had anywhere! The salsa they serve on the side is delightful & the server I had I believe her name was Katie, she made my husband & I feel very welcome as it was our first time & we weren’t sure what to get, she didn’t rush us into anything & even recommended a few items that she likes, the breakfast burrito being one of them which I can’t thank her enough for. I also love the look of the place the windows make it feel so open & when the suns out it’s a very pretty little cafe aesthetic to dine at. I didn’t rate 5* because even though the service & food was great their was a lot of commotion in the kitchen & even some yelling which just kind of makes the dining experience a bit awkward, wish they were more professional.“

“One of my favorite places to eat downriver, it has a unique feel to it with great ambiance and the food never disappoints. The filet is always absolutely perfect and the desserts - especially the tiramisu and coconut cream pie - are delicious. “As soon as you walk in the door you are met with a welcoming feeling. Almost like family which is exactly what you love from a family owned business. We were on the hunt for good snow crab and they have by far the best (sweet and meaty) snow crab we have ever purchased. I hate to share this because you all are gonna buy em all up but they deserve alllll the business! ? Can’t wait to buy more fish - everything in the case looks so fresh! “Best BBQ chicken ever! I would literally go here just for that. They also have great tacos! I highly recommend the pastor, carnitas and barbacoa tacos. It’s super small inside and not many seats so there can be a wait time. But it’s well worth it! This place is a little gem in Detroit. Oh and like others have said- the green sauce is delicious!“

“So my issues with delucas is that the food is excellent. I crave eggplant all the time but every single time I do a carry out the man behind the counter "possibly owner, manager) has his arms crossed and is miserable can't even interact with the customers likes he's too good to speak, like he has waitresses for that. It's gross, and you can tell his front of the house workers can feel his negativity because they aren't overly friendly either. I get we all have bad days, but for the last 6x I've been in, he's very unpleasant.“

“This is the best taco truck! They were able to cater an event last minute when a restaurant reservation fell through. It was 9:30 at night and they were able to feed 85 people at 1:00. The portions were excellent, the food was wonderful and there was so much of it. I cannot express my gratitude for your professionalism and yummy food!“

Come to find out the waitress had a problem wit my Daughter 2 yrs ago & refuse to take or order… her name is KAYLA I feel that she shouldn’t work wit the public if she gonna refuse to take someone order cause she have a problem wit them. “Almost a 5. Staff was friendly, but they overcooked the chicken a little bit. We kept checking to see if was ready, but they kept cooking it and sure enough it was little over cooked, a little dry. It wasn't horrible. So I'm giving it a try again and will see if it doesn't come out so dry the next time around. It's better than the one by 275 at Shell gas station and much cleaner. I'll never go back to the one by Shell gas on Eureka and 275.Edited: I went again and this time the shrimp was overcooked. The tenders were excellent, tender and juicy. But I like shrimp and was sorely disappointed with the shrimp it was dark and they didn't have any honey butter sauce. The best one I've been to was in Hillsdale Michigan, which was my first taste of the place. So all other locations now compare to that one, and unfortunately this one at Star liquor had subpar shrimp. I reduce my rating to a 3.5.“

“We've eaten here a few times recently and every time has been delicious! We have loved everything we've tried so far. The complimentary spicy garlic sauce with the bread is so good. The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. All the staff have been super nice and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Love all the unique lighting. Highly recommend! Trenton Location“

“My husband and I finally made it to Sir Cedric’s in Windsor to try the halibut dinner. It was as delicious as the reviews described it. Our waitress was extremely friendly and pleasant, the food was served very quickly. It was hot, fresh and melt in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant for the best fish & chips in Windsor, hands down. The prices are competitive and our meal was well worth the price.“
