Not impressed. Service was poor, waitstaff needs training. Looks like if you live in the community your service is better. Us Floridians did not get the 5 star treatment. The escargot was very good. Salad was browning at the cut edges and had slimy leaves. The Roquefort dressing was excellent (homemade) Good thing I saved the left over dressing because I needed to pit it on my veal. This place has been here a long time and I get that the owners must be older. We went for Easter. It's a buffet for $50. Says Prime Rib. The owner gives me the very end of the roast he's shaking the table cutting it up. Everyone's meat was full of tough fat. There was other selections for food that "weren't bad".... Perdino's great experience and the food was on point along with a fantastic cocktail !!! Went over there after getting shot out of the lobby at Sibley's by a terribly rude Hostess and I'm glad that happened
