“I've been here several times as a guest and always enjoyed it and loved all the tradition this organization has. Everyone is friendly and the entertainment is always top notch. I love the beautiful waterfront view here at the point where the Detroit River opens into Lake Erie. This club is connected to an island that is connected to an island that is connected to an island. Go figure!”

“We have probably ordered from Sully's 10 times, in our year and a half on Grosse Ile. We always get the ribs, which are tender and very good. The sides are phenomenal... Cole Slaw crisp, fresh, tasty, and crunchy. The Mac & Cheese is very good, cheesy and buttery with just enough bread crumb texture. The corn is fresh, but seasonal, top notch when available... but best are the beans... warm, soft, generous bits of barbecue within, to die for delicious, world class! Sully's limited menu is more than made up for in that everything they serve, they know and make homestyle, with love. 5 stars!”

“This place is amazing with delicious food & drinks, fair prices, and the environment is as welcoming, professional, and friendly as any dive bar can get. No complaints there.

However, I unfortunately have to take 1 star away for the long wait times on the food...at least for now until that's improved upon in the future. That's where API really falls short in my opinion, especially when ordering takeout. This is never a problem with drinks or the bar experience, which is where this place truly shines and what keeps me coming back as a regular, since I can at least enjoy a couple beers, shots, or cocktails while waiting to eat; and they got Faygo for you if it's not your drinking day. But it does not take too long to be acknowledged by a server.

It's also very loud in there even when it's mildly busy, which can easily cause bigger orders to get skipped over, misheard, or messed up. I can't really hold that against anyone since that is not in anyone's control as far as I know, but just be sure to make your orders loud and clear with the servers.

I could honestly care less about the cash-only restriction I hear about. Even if cards are supported now or eventually, I'd still advise carrying cash as the smart play and the ATM is your friend regardless.”

“I drive all the way to food town for their natural milk for my 1 year old and I. It was important to me to get my son a more natural milk and morning plastic. So I searched around and found Calder's. We love it 💕 please don't stop suppling food town! We also just got the chocolate milk to try and it's also delicious! One of the best ones I've had. The staff was really great. Place is clean. Freindly.
I tried the bourbon coffee as french press style. Smooth and a very nice flavor. This wouldn't have been my first choice but the staff said it was good.
