“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at Stacked Amherstburg. My family and I have been there quite a few times and every visit has been consistently great. The food always comes out fresh, portions are generous, and the staff are honestly some of the friendliest around. You can tell they really care about the customer experience and the atmosphere always feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s become one of our regular breakfast spots for weekends with the family. If you haven’t checked them out yet, definitely worth trying! 😊🥞☕”

“Such fantastic beer! Have sampled a few kinds now but I’m in LOVE with Thom’s Irish Ale. The coffee one is also incredible. I can’t wait to get down to the brewery to pick up a bunch to bring back to London!”

“The food was amazing! So fresh & tasty! And, in the beautiful little town of Amherstburg across from the park. The owner is so sweet. She's known my husband since he used to work at a bank in town, and remembered him years later, and was so happy to see him. I want to go back asap! We had a Korean bbq bento box, spider roll, California rolls, and soft shell crab appetizer. Also my husband got to try a complimentary seaweed salad. Did I say the food was amazing? I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Definitely a gem of a restaurant!”

“No disrespect to the other pizza places because we are spoiled in Amherstburg. But I just had the greatest pizza for the 2nd straight week. great flavor,service and Crust. Consistency and service matter most. Great job again Team 417 Old Colony”

“As always, service and food was awesome! We tried the burger of the month...a Carribean Chicken sandwich. Just the right blend of heat and sweet. The staff was great, as was the atmosphere. Definitely our favourite place to dine in or take-out from in the 'Burg.”

“My family and I stopped here today, during an outing along the surrounding two lakes and river. What a great atmosphere as soon as we walked through the doors - the staff all greeted us with big smiles. All of the servers were amazing, especially towards my 16 month old grandson. I will absolutely say this is a family friendly restaurant, with fantastic homestyle meals - we ordered the fish tacos, broasted chicken, quesadilla, and kid's chocolate chip pancakes. With such a good experience, we will definitely return to explore more from their menu. Thanks Mealtime Express!!”

“Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.”

“Had a great experience at this beautiful coffee shop by the river. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for breakfast or a coffee break with a view. The desserts were delicious. Service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a spot worth visiting for the ambience alone, but the food and coffee made it even better.”

“This is one of the most charming restaurants in Essex County. The back garden area is a beautiful quiet spot to enjoy specialty drinks and conversation.
We ordered the Tangy Thai Salad, the Stir fry and the special was Lobster Ravioli. All three were extremely flavourful and have us thinking about heading back soon. $5 espresso martinis are hard to beat but the half off bottles of wine are what brought us in last Thursday night. Truly a gem.”
