“I came to eat here for my birthday, I wish I could say that I loved it although the food was good and the service was great I wish I could say I recommended it. For a restaurant that you can see inside the kitchen I found it interesting where I visually saw what looked like to be the owner be quite disrespectful to his employees. He was quite not patient and rude multiple times. So although the food was good I feel bad for the employees.“

“Beautiful environment, amazing food, and wonderful staff. My girlfriend and I sat down for the first time and realized pretty quick that a lot of the neighboring tables were regulars with good relationships to the servers. Speaking of, we were served and cared for by Liz who was absolutely incredible - even on a busy night with every table occupied, she still gave us 100% attention and patience. “Came here for dinner while in the area. The exterior is unassuming and almost looks like a house, so I was mildly worried for a second. But then we went inside and that changed as we went into the inviting interior. Service was very nice, our waitress got more conversational as time went on. She also was attentive, always noticing when our water got low. I got the chicken paprikash. Never seen paprikash like this, but it was good! It took awhile to get, but I also overhead that two workers had called in, so that's fair. Definitely a good dinner experience ??“

“This is a gemstone of a store , they have so much to offer. It has been owned by many generations of family members that care about the product that they sell. They have wonderful cooked foods ready to heat up and believe me the meat is tender . You can pickup meats , desserts and so many different wines and beverages for a wonderful end of day. And the salmon with broccoli is so juicy and satisfying also the chicken margarita with pesto and Parmesan and broccoli is delicious and a bit more filling! I'm pretty frugal and the prices to me are a bit high (around $20) our bill for 3 of us was $72 and would have been more but waitress asked manager to subtract. Anyways it feels private in a booth and there's a like tablet thing at every table so you're group can play games. Bread sticks are dangerously good.“

However, the pizza I ordered was lacking in flavor and seemed to be lacking in toppings. The crust was thin and crispy, but overall, the pizza was underwhelming. While the prices were reasonable, the value for money was not great given the quality of the food. “My whole family has been going here for 3 generations now. Since the new ownership, food is not the same. They got rid of all of their pasta dishes initially, and when they started reintroducing pasta, it tastes nothing like it used to. Now they're adding all sorts of bar food that isn't remotely Italian and nobody is asking for. This has been a massive letdown and I wouldn't recommend Frank's to anyone anymore.“
