“Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff seems happy to be here! Even the cooks were happy!! Chelsea was wonderful! Mahi was excellent, as was the chick-parm. Can't wait to come back. Canoli cake was free as we were celebrating 46 years of marriage and to die for!“

“I had the calamari (squid) with apple juice (yeah, laugh it up guys) and it was GREAT! I expect the calamari to be big and a small amount but it was actually small with a large amount. Great for sharing with loved ones at the table :)

“Been driving past here for years, stopped in yesterday for 2 Italians and were they good. Fresh meats great bread, fast and courteous service. Can't beat it. The place resembles a sandwich shop right out of Brooklyn circa 1980. Will be going back soon“

“Portions were huge, and the bread service with olive oil was great. Our server was the best. Calamari was crisp and tender. I'm not sure if the wedge salad was a value as an upgrade. linguine with clam sauce was very good. But more is always better. spumoni was ok,“

“My son, who's moving to SanDiego, treated me there. He's been several times. Ambience, service, dinner and dessert were all excellent. Coffee was pretty darn good too. Can't go wrong!“

“One of my favorite places to eat downriver, it has a unique feel to it with great ambiance and the food never disappoints. The filet is always absolutely perfect and the desserts - especially the tiramisu and coconut cream pie - are delicious. Great service (Tracy is a favorite - she's always super friendly and accommodating) and the atmosphere is top notch.“

“My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Tiliani tonight for our anniversary. The atmosphere was romantic, the staff members were knowledgeable and friendly, and the food was superb! They went above and beyond to make our date special, and were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. I love that they use local and in-season produce when available and that their menu is not ordinary or boring. We would highly recommend Tiliani and we look forward to dining here for years to come.“

“So my issues with delucas is that the food is excellent. I crave eggplant all the time but every single time I do a carry out the man behind the counter "possibly owner, manager) has his arms crossed and is miserable can't even interact with the customers likes he's too good to speak, like he has waitresses for that. It's gross, and you can tell his front of the house workers can feel his negativity because they aren't overly friendly either. I get we all have bad days, but for the last 6x I've been in, he's very unpleasant.“

“I have to say, I called Saturday for a birthday party I had going on for Sunday. The coordinator for catering, Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He asked all of the perfect questions and worked with the menu to ensure we were getting a fair price for a great amount of food. He took initiative and was pleasant to speak to. Everyone loved the food and the variety and even took trays home! La has always been one of my favorites, but this experience with Jeff was extraordinary.

“My wife and i have ordered from there the last couple times, we have only ordered a simple pizza, double , cheese, double pepperoni, and extra sauce. So damn thick and delicious! highly recommend! And, they young man that delivered it was so pleasant and polite, i told him i love the pizza, and he says" oh, my dad owns it", lol! Awesome!“

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

“What can I day about Cork & Gable? We love the place. The staff is always friendly and make you feel like VIPs. The drinks are some of, if not thee, best drinks in town! They consistently have rotating bourbons that are difficult to find and reasonable prices as well. The food is great, too! Fish and Chips are a staple here, but the specials are always amazing. If Arctic Char is on the menu...get it! We have been going here for years and will continue to come back for the many reasons above. A must try, in my book.“

“Sept 2024 - It's rare for me to give this high of a rating because I have high quality standards, but this place deserves it; this was my first time ordering from here; the pizza I ordered was perfectly made as I ordered; its a shame, but that's a rarity these days; customer service is just not a priority for many places, even to just take a simple phone pizza order request and making it to order specificity, but they did great! I ordered multiple items on my pizza with extra sauce; it came out perfectly and was delicious; after ordering pizza from various places in western metro detroit, I think I just found my go to pizza place; def one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time; they will def cont to have my business. “Yesterday was a hard day for my family as we laid my step-dad (Larry) to rest. The whole family and friends showed up. Tears were shed, memories were shared. Dinner was great. We went to Baldos and they made the whole experience enjoyable. From the servers to bus boys. Drinks were constantly refilled. Table was constantly cleared. Food was delicious! If you need a place to hold a party I highly recommend Baldos!“

We will definitely be back for more of this place. They have other businesses on-site as well. Salute... A catering event area on the lower level, along with a smaller, more intimate dining experience at the Roc restaurant, also on the lower level.“

“A pleasant surprise! We went in to try a few summer specials and they were DELICIOUS! We went for the Deep Dish Sundays specifically. I was hesitant on the watermelon one (pictured) and it was a HIT! Out of 4 pizzas and 2 apps we ordered it was a fave. The owner was also really approachable. Coming from Windsor where it’s a 30min drive and weather was storming the food and atmosphere was excellent.“
