I was surprised by the poor reviews. I've gone here several times. Customer service top notch and the food exactly as ordered. Always love when I'm in the area and can treat myself at this place.
Awesome service! The salad bar left much to be desired but this site had fresh (but meager) choices. I wish there were more toppings/dressings but that's more of an issue with the chain itself not this franchise. Our pizza and breadsticks came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. Our glasses were attended to and constantly full. Overall, standard Pizza Hut food with great service.
While the service was great, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant. However, the pizza I ordered was lacking in flavor and seemed to be lacking in toppings. The crust was thin and crispy, but overall, the pizza was underwhelming.
