We had a wonderful experience at Ichiban in Taylor. Our server, Koby, was incredibly attentive and polite, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It was my granddaughter’s 9th birthday, and he added a special touch that made her feel celebrated and truly seen. The food was excellent as always—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A memorable night thanks to both the great service and great food.
