Stopped in around 6:00 AM and had an extremely disappointing experience. The wait was far longer than it should have been, and it appeared the staff was more focused on cleaning and shutting down parts of the kitchen than serving customers. Breakfast hours are one of the busiest times of the day, and customers shouldn’t be left waiting while the kitchen is being cleaned. They are always out of food, second time they only have nuggets and fries. Avoid going there if you want full.menu and hot food. Fries ar never fresh and large fry isn't really full
Went in took pick up my order around 9p, the girl working was absolutely the rudest worker I have ever met. She ignored kids asking for help to pay cash at the register, she told them I’m busy you have to do it at the kiosk, not only that, she ignored the front counter area completely. She walked past me as well as other employees and not one of them asked if I needed assistance. I waited for 15 mins for my order before she got cocky again and wanted to get loud. However, the Coke was deemed "meh" and the customer had to request extra ice, though the staff claimed the amount was sufficient. Another customer had a negative experience, missing a small fry in their order and facing rude and unprofessional staff who were closing early. Conversely, a customer who was initially told they were out of sausage burritos was able to get one after threatening to call their "biker buddies." The restaurant is kid-friendly with Happy Meals. Some items can be incorrectly made, but an amazing manager quickly rectified the situation. Service is quick, though sauce for nuggets is often forgotten, and the nuggets themselves may look thinner. McFlurrys are sometimes not mixed.
