One thing I’ve seen a lot on TV and in movies is chicken katsu. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the staff. The head chef and owner is Japanese-American, the sous chefs are Latino-American, and the hostess was a nice young Indian-American lady. This kind of diversity is the beauty of newer mom and pop stores. To see this makes me feel welcome and right at home. The lovely sister who tended to my order Ms. Ria was so kind I made sure to leave her a tip😊 and I told her thanks. The interior had traditional Japanese decorations and beautiful works of art both inside and outside the store. The feeling was lovely all of the way around. “I ordered for the first time from Uber eats. The food was pretty good but it has nothing on Yoshi lol except for their prices which is absolutely fantastic. The crab Rangoon was horrible you can tell it wasn't handmade by them and there was really nothing inside of them so you only tasted the shell which was too hard to even eat I'm glad I got that for free lol but other than that my food came piping hot and plentiful. Will I order again from here yes but not too soon oh yeah the veggies were good and that dark brown sauce i didn't like at all....but other than that the food was tasty 😋“

Surprised when eating inside no plates or silverware. Everything brought out in to go containers that's okay. Absolutely fantastic Delicious Scallion Pancakes not found in many places. The quart of Spot packed full was good except broth zero flavor like water. Chicken Egg Foo Young nothing like ever had weird crunchy patties with very small amount of gravy. The very good Rice and a mega amount. Egg Roll spot on Wonderful. The bad absolutely worse ever Pupu Platter Chicken Wings dry, Crab Rangoon Yuk, Shrimp heavy batter couldn't taste Shrimp. Ribs just ok, Spring Rolls a winner and what they call Teriyaki Beef I know as Balamaki was great. I'm willing to give them another chance to change my 3 star rating. Great effort by cook just not up to par with dozen other Chinese restaurants in the area.“
