“Koja Sushi Japanese-American Restaurant Dearborn Michigan This stunning Japanese American restaurant offers an amazing selection of Japanese delicacies and hors d’oeuvres to try. One thing I’ve seen a lot on TV and in movies is chicken katsu. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the staff. The head chef and owner is Japanese-American, the sous chefs are Latino-American, and the hostess was a nice young Indian-American lady. This kind of diversity is the beauty of newer mom and pop stores. To see this makes me feel welcome and right at home. The lovely sister who tended to my order Ms. Ria was so kind I made sure to leave her a tip😊 and I told her thanks. The interior had traditional Japanese decorations and beautiful works of art both inside and outside the store. The feeling was lovely all of the way around. The chicken katsu was crispy and delicious☺😊 the sauce that goes with it made it unique and worth the visit, if you are in Dearborn then please visit this nice establishment and enjoy some great Asian-American cuisine. #japanese #asian #dearborn #michigan #trending“

“One of our favorite sushi spots to come to, Nevin was our server exceptional service went above and beyond explaining the menu to us and suggesting her favorite rolls. Very attentive and made us feel very welcomed! Will be requesting her moving forward! Vegas roll and spicy seafood pasta 10/10!“

“Had a great experience here, food came very quickly service was attentive, food was made with high quality ingredients, maybe not as flashy as some of the other restaurants on the street they could for sure use some booths for added comfort, but it was definitely worth the visit.
