“I was fasting and needed something quick so I could catch up with my class. I ordered four rolls and told them I was in a rush, and they had my entire order ready in just seven minutes. The service was amazing and they were very responsive and helpful. I really appreciated how fast they worked and how kind they were about it. Great experience overall.“

“Loved my time here. From easy ordering, where you mark what you want on your paper, to authentic Japanese seating and TV. I came for just a snack in between meals and got two onigiri and edamame and decided to eat in, though I could have marked to take out. Service was fresh and quick, I’ve never eaten a hot onigiri before and it was delicious!! Highly recommend!!“

“Visiting the area for work. I ended up working late and was craving noodles.

The place has a nice store front and the inside is a little small but has an intimate feel. The staff were very on top of everything. Getting drinks, orders, refills, checks, smiles, etc. Like clockwork. I had the Mountain Roll and the Nabeyako Udon. I like the Mountain Roll best of the two but both very good. Will say, on the normal menu, you may have to ask what certain things are. Very lottle descriptions, compared to the sushi menu, that's very detailed.

You do get a feel of being rushed when you are there though. It's a small place, so I understand they need to rotate tables in and out otherwise it would be very congested here. The staff are not pushy by any means, but you get the sense when you should probably get ready to go. Otherwise, good place to bring a date and would recommend anyonebl ooking for a good sushi/noodle place.“

“We had a fantastic New Years Eve dinner at Aji Ten. We visited Japan a few years ago and the food here at Aji Ten in Canton tastes just as delicious! The portions are good, the presentation is good, the prices are fair and the service is exceptional. A great way to welcome in 2026!“

“This is the most consistent and delicious restaurant I’ve ever been. It is one of the first restaurants I’ve ever visited after moving to the US 20 yrs ago, and it holds a lot of good memories. The quality of food has always been great since day one. A bit bummed that they are take out only now. But I am happy that it is still open and I will always pay a visit whenever I’m in the area.“

“Looking for a place near BJ'S to grab a sushi lunch and this one came up just west of it. Easy to get to by interconnected parking lots or Sheldon Rd. In the strip behind IHOP and near Raisen Canes ( but much better food). It is in the corner. While it is a smaller store front with a much more limited menu than most Sushi places, they have the normal popular ones I did take my normal star off for not having fountain pop but they do have coke products.

I ordered my normal Shrimp Tempura Roll. While it was a little different than most, no cucumber or avocado, it was delicious. The tastes of the shrimp really came through.

The service was friendly and the owner so he cared about his customers. The prices are more than fair.

I will be back when I shop at BJ'S again.“

“Food here was Off. The. Hook. I ordered some simple sashimi of yellowtail and mackerel. Both were very fresh and very good. I finished with nigiri sushi and it was crazy good. I saw many Japanese patrons and my waitress barely spoke English, but was very nice. I am going to come back here and try their other dishes because I think sushi is not their specialty.“

“This is a family owned restaurant and our experience was wonderful. We were greeted and seated simultaneously and expeditiously. The young male server was very attentive and answered any and all our questions-and I had a lot of them. I also didn’t know the sushi role I got was uncooked, they were happy to replace it with something more satisfactory. It was my first time trying dumplings and OMG it was a 10/10!!!! I DEFINITELY will come again!!“

“Shiro isn't your typical restaurant experience. Housed inside a beautiful old mansion in Novi, it has a unique atmosphere that's full of character. Our group of 10 was seated upstairs on the second floor at a large table, and the setting made the meal feel even more special.

The food was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality. As the evening went on, the chandelier above us flickered a few times. Was it just old wiring? Probably. But I prefer to believe the mansion has a few friendly ghosts adding to the charm. 👻
