This is the most consistent and delicious restaurant I’ve ever been. It is one of the first restaurants I’ve ever visited after moving to the US 20 yrs ago, and it holds a lot of good memories. The quality of food has always been great since day one. A bit bummed that they are take out only now. But I am happy that it is still open and I will always pay a visit whenever I’m in the area.
This is our go to sushi take out place, food is good and the price is reasonable.
Best udon restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I’ve traveled over Japan and Korea. I love this place, my favorite restaurant when I come back home to novi. I always need to get Ajishin every time I visit. It’s been a staple of my childhood and have so many fond memories eating from this place.

After a strong comeback from COVID, Ajishin has become even better, with takeout food that travels well and tastes fresh at home. The nigiri is top-notch, fresh, and expertly prepared. The curry rice and tamago nigiri are must-try items on the menu. Although there is no dine-in option, the quality and service make it absolutely worth it. Ajishin is a go-to place for those craving tasty and satisfying Japanese meals, including wonderful sushi, chirashi, and delicious grilled fish.
