Really nice folks and beautiful interesting interior. Been on my list opening 4 months ago. Ordered Pupu Platter, Chinese Scallion Pancakes, Large Chinese Veggies Soup and Chicken Egg Foo Young. Surprised when eating inside no plates or silverware. Everything brought out in to go containers that's okay. Absolutely fantastic Delicious Scallion Pancakes not found in many places. The quart of Spot packed full was good except broth zero flavor like water. Chicken Egg Foo Young nothing...read full review
This is my favorite Chinese spot right now.
Despite having a terrible experience with the delivery from DoorDash, the food itself was great. Everything was VERY fresh, hot and flavorful. Rangoons were crispy, sweet and sour chicken was both moist and crispy, and the fried rice was full of veggies and flavor.
I hate when I order takeout Chinese food and its the same old stuff from every other Chinese chain. The food I received from here was different from everywhere else, which was nice.

China Lucky Star is a reliable and customer-focused restaurant that serves fresh and hot food. The dining room is open, accommodating a dozen or more hungry guests. The staff, including a waitress named Angel, goes above and beyond to correct any mistakes promptly. The lunch portions are generous, with all lunch specials priced at $7.95 and most dinners at only $10.95, offering mega portions. The food is generally good, with standout dishes like the mixed Chicken n Veggie with Rice and Egg Roll and the Chicken Egg Foo Young with Rice, Egg Roll, and Brown Gravy. However, some ingredients, like imitation crab meat and the crab rangoon, may not impress, as they can taste bland. The restaurant's online ordering system could be improved, but the employees remain sweet and attentive, making up for any shortcomings. While the rice may be dry and lacking flavor, the veggie lo mein is delicious, and the dinner deals are quite appealing. With ample parking in a small strip mall lot, China Lucky Star is a trustworthy choice for a satisfying meal.
