The service worker was polite and waited for me and my family to look at the menu, and was very accurate while placing our order and read to us our order. Everything was perfect and great quality. When I told them it was my birthday, the service person and the grill person both said Happy Birthday to me in a very excitable manner. They both were polite and happy. It was late night and they were open, no complaints their. Food was decent. Staff member was a little impatient though, but I'm guessing it was almost closing time, so I really couldn't blame him for that. Especially when he still took my order.

My order was all messed up, but the parts that were there were good. Ordered the new steakhouse double, received nothing on it but patties, bacon and cheese. No crunchy things, no anything else. Service was a little slow for there being only 1 person in line. I love Checkers/ Rally's, but this one was not the best.
