Incredible food, large portions, great service, modest but charming space, very reasonable prices. Can’t believe it took me this long to try it. If you like traditional authentic ramen this is the spot. Spent $25 on two huge ramen bowls and an order of dumplings - would have paid so much more.
Good, authentic ramen. Great pork soup base and perfectly cooked ramen noodles served by wonderful staff. My family has beem coming to Matsu Chan for years and though it had been about 10 years since I had last visited, I’m pleased to see it is still frequented by many. Expect a short wait as it has a smaller dining room of about 20 seats.

7/5 food, best Japanese we've had in the US. Too small of a space though, often a wait. Lighting and decor could use an upgrade. Wait staff are local high schoolers, not great, not terrible. Still eat here every time we visit the area. Truly authentic Japanese food with no quality reductions is hard to come by. Owners seem nice.
