“HOLY COW CREAMERY in Wyandotte, Michigan is the BEST ice cream shop EVER! I have traveled the world and can make that statement without any concern! I even lived in Hawaii and can say the Dole whip at “The COW” as many of us know it, is at least as good as it is at the Dole facility in Wahiawa! The owners run a very professional, clean and respectful business, and have the most caring and respectful staff too! Thank you for running such a clean, happy and responsible business!!! “The chicken sandwich was delicious but messy/falling apart which is the only reason it didn’t get a full 5 stars. But definitely delicious!

Service was good. Food and drinks came out quick.

They have a patio that we didn’t utilize but upon entering on a chilly day, was quite warm. We sat inside at a booth style table. Wasn’t a fan of the booth seat as it didn’t allow for me to sit straight, the back had an angle to it so I’d have to lean it back like fat Joe.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had specials which was a great surprise to us. I paid less than $14 for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a mimosa. So it was a good deal! I left feeling satisfied, just a tip to ask for extra napkins!“

“First time here! When you hear about little bars or restaurants off the beaten path that have great food, Franks Cafe is the place. We squeezed in to the last two available seats at the bar today (Fish fry Friday) and ordered the walleye and the perch. The wait for it was a little long but holy moly, well worth the wait! The owner was in constant motion at the fryers working his butt off as were the wait staff and bartenders too. I’ve had fish all over the downriver area and this place was the best! I’m from Irish Hills where they have good fish too, but I’m telling you, try the fish at Franks! Outstanding!“

“5 stars is not even enough to describe the experience that myself and my family had. First and foremost i want to thank the host, and staff by giving me such an amazing experience. The service was top tier, water constantly filled and napkin and silverware constantly replaced. I walked in with my family and the vibe and people were very pleasant. Host sat us to our table and explained what the apps were and described her favorite choices. She didn't go wrong with that, we had the lamb sticky ribs, and chipotle chicken bites. My God the flavor was sweet and savory with an amazing amount of tenderness from the ribs and crispiness from the chicken. Then our waitress took our order with such patience and professionalism i appreciated everything that she had to offer. I ordered the fish and chips sandwich and the salmon also the ribeye melt. Please anyone reading this, these items are the GO TO if you are dining in for the first time. The crunchiness from the sourdough on that fish sandwich is too good to be true. The gravy that comes with the steak melt, my son was dipping his fingers with the fries of how much he enjoyed it. The Salmon had such an amazing flavor it was super pleasant. Had a few mocktails which was very good, beats a soda and a water any day. This will always be my go to place, probably the best in Dearborn. Thank you Birdie! Ill def come again soon!!“

Acai bowls are known to be a little expensive, but this one wasn't too bad. Not only that, but this was probably the best and freshest Acai Bowls that I've ever ordered from anywhere. “Last night we made a pilgrimage to Detroit for one reason only, to visit TAKOI. We had the 6 course chef’s choice menu (plus another few courses on the house). The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! I grabbed a flight so I could pretend I’m a beer expert. I’m not, but the dark beer was smoother than I expected and the lager was the kind of crisp you want after a long week. The space itself feels laid back — good seating, and you can still catch whatever game is on without feeling like you’re in a packed sports bar.

Service was friendly, crowd was chill, and it’s the kind of spot where you could make this your go-to without even trying. Detroit beer, no pressure, good energy.
