The food is ALWAYS excellent and the people who work there are great too, ALWAYS polite helpful and happy to see you even at 3 A.M. Nicky D'S REALLY IS THE VERY BEST Coney around the Detroit metro area. 💯👍“

“Lately I've been having very poor experience with KFC but I came to the one off of Grand River today there was a young man African-American that work days I forgot his name but he was very professional and I appreciate the customer service he should be acknowledged for his efforts he work today.“

“My husband and I absolutely love this Taco Bell. I have been eating here since the 80s as a kid and it has always held special memories for me. But the staff and management always make going there even more enjoyable since we moved back to Redford three years ago. They go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered fast and fresh and could not be more grateful to them. Kindness is what you will get when you dine here and we are there for it. “I mobile ordered for pickup: 3 coffees (iced pumpkin latte, frozen pumpkin latte, and frozen mocha latte) dozen donuts, and the new chicken wrap. They were out of donuts so I got a refund on those. (It was 5:30pm by the time I picked up my order)The wrap was AMAZING (fresh and hot) and the drinks were all made exactly as I ordered them and were also AMAZING!!The customer service was above and beyond!!!! very polite despite being busy and attention to details!!!The store was very clean and organized!!“

“My experience with Kfc, the lady with the dreads on drive-through is very polite and clear when she’s talking my food was very hot and it came out fast each time I come to the Kfc’s the workers and the manager are very nice. The chubby guy always grease me with a smile And the manager Managers are very good to me. I love coming to this. Kfc is the best in our neighborhood. I appreciate you y’all Service and thanks for being open so late when others are closed.“

“Got there a little before closing so they wouldn't let us come inside. Had to go to the drive-thru but the lady was pleasant and gave us all the flavors available. Just wished the scoops were a little bigger but service was nice and ice cream Sundays were great!“

“This is easily the best popeyes location within a 20 mile radius. Other locations can take regularly about an hour, even ordering ahead. They'll get orders wrong, or food will be cold, or bad portion size, and the attitude will be, mostly meh. But this location is amazing - the food was fantastic, and fast, and the staff were friendly. Theres a couple locations closer to my house than this one - I will happily go out of my way to visit this popeyes in particular.“

“5 stars is not even enough to describe the experience that myself and my family had. First and foremost i want to thank the host, and staff by giving me such an amazing experience. The service was top tier, water constantly filled and napkin and silverware constantly replaced. I walked in with my family and the vibe and people were very pleasant. Host sat us to our table and explained what the apps were and described her favorite choices. She didn't go wrong with that, we had the lamb sticky ribs, and chipotle chicken bites. My God the flavor was sweet and savory with an amazing amount of tenderness from the ribs and crispiness from the chicken. Then our waitress took our order with such patience and professionalism i appreciated everything that she had to offer. I ordered the fish and chips sandwich and the salmon also the ribeye melt. Please anyone reading this, these items are the GO TO if you are dining in for the first time. The crunchiness from the sourdough on that fish sandwich is too good to be true. The gravy that comes with the steak melt, my son was dipping his fingers with the fries of how much he enjoyed it. The Salmon had such an amazing flavor it was super pleasant. Had a few mocktails which was very good, beats a soda and a water any day. This will always be my go to place, probably the best in Dearborn. Thank you Birdie! Ill def come again soon!!“

“Visited here because it was open late. Got myself a latte with oat milk, which was extremely good, but notice that they also sold Acai Bowls. I decided to order one. Acai bowls are known to be a little expensive, but this one wasn't too bad. Not only that, but this was probably the best and freshest Acai Bowls that I've ever ordered from anywhere. Not to mention the portion size that coincided with the price. I will definitely be coming back to try all the different kinds that they have.“
