I took my 97 year old mother through the drive through after her doctor's appointment. I ordered ordered 3 bagels (my sister was meeting us at my mom's for lunch) and when we got home there were 2 bagels and only 1 was correct. Also, we asked for them not to be cut and they were. In addition they were dry. I called when we got home and the manager was rude on the phone. He said bring the bagels back with the receipt and he will discuss a refund. I'm wondering how they stay so busy? Cashier told me to get a tea bag with my fingers they should have tongs there. The floor was soaking wet from an inexperienced mopper. They appeared to be too short staffed. I waited too long for my order.
