I took my 97 year old mother through the drive through after her doctor's appointment. I ordered ordered 3 bagels (my sister was meeting us at my mom's for lunch) and when we got home there were 2 bagels and only 1 was correct. Also, we asked for them not to be cut and they were. In addition they were dry. I called when we got home and the manager was rude on the phone. He said bring the bagels back with the receipt and he will discuss a refund. First, we only had 2 bagels not 3 and second I explained my mom is in a wheel chair and I can't get back there today. I was told too bad. I don't plan on going back there!

I'm wondering how they stay so busy? Cashier told me to get a tea bag with my fingers they should have tongs there. The floor was soaking wet from an inexperienced mopper. They appeared to be too short staffed. I waited too long for my order.

Sandwich was dry. And I asked for extra chicken and extra sauce I ask for no avocado and got that too girl at the drive-through had a attitude. And act like she didn't want to be there I would never go to the Panera bread in woodhaven ,Michigan again.

Slow. All the employees walk slow, talk slow, WORK SLOW. The managers act like they don't understand how a restaurant works. Waited for my food for 50 minutes was told repeatedly 8 more minutes. There was only one person in the dinning room and me. It was 9:30am and there were plenty of employees. Watching them is like watching zombies working. The drive through takes priority and the Managers have so much attitude. This location could be the worst Panera in America. This is not what the founder had in mind with Panera. Every time I come here I promise myself never again. This time I mean it.

Sorry, fail. Ciabatta bread was harder than a cracker. I used to order Italian combos all the time back in the day and the bread was always soft (yet dense requiring some chew). Every other aspect was great, but ruined by that.

I would give a ZERO stars if I could. The worst Panera I have EVER been too. We ordered a bagel and an egg sandwich and it no joke took FOURTY minutes. Once we finally got our food I checked to make sure it was right and it of course was not what we ordered so I went to the pickup counter and told them and a blonde lady with short hair and a yellow shirt (I'm thinking the manager) got snotty telling me it was only going to be two minutes after I explained that we had already been there for 40 minutes waiting on two things. They finally had my sandwich ready and the same lady in the yellow shirt THREW the sandwich at me across the counter. Thought it was over there so we went to our car and went to eat our food and you'll never guess there was a short black hair in our food. We said screw it and took our business somewhere else. THIS PANERA NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN and under new management... will never go here again.

I will probably not be returning to your particular store (Taylor, MI). Your service has been good and the food as well. I am not coming back simply due to several of your very rude customers who insist on having loud phone conversations all while on speakerphone. Also the ones that listen/watch videos on their phone at FULL volume. Many in your customer base do seem to have the social awareness to keep their phone conversations quiet and personal. However, there are a certain few that do not. I frequent many coffee shops and unfortunately several visits to your store have been cut short because of the rudeness. I typically do not experience this in the Woodhaven, MI store….

It takes a solid 2 and a half years for these carnies to actually make anything here the fact that they have a drive through is really just a cruel joke to make you late going back to work
I understand that since Covid, restaurants along with other businesses are struggling. I don't agree that lack of staff should equate poor quality. It has been the quality of food provided by Panera Bread that have kept me a long time customer. But after yesterday, I'm not sure if I'll continue to do business with them. My husband ordered the Pick Two with a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The sandwich was in super poor condition. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which also left me wanting something else. My poor child, who was eager to have the sandwich I raved about in the past was left extremely disappointed when he opened his order. His Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich had a glob of bbq-d meat slapped into the middle of the bread. The cheese and onions were nonexistent. The bread was mushy. The whole order was a $30 waste.

I understand that since Covid, restaurants along with other businesses are struggling. I don't agree that lack of staff should equate poor quality. It has been the quality of food provided by Panera Bread that have kept me a long time customer. But after yesterday, I'm not sure if I'll continue to do business with them.
My husband ordered the Pick Two with a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The sandwich was in super poor condition. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which also left me wanting something else. My poor child, who was eager to have the sandwich I raved about in the past was left extremely disappointed when he opened his order. His Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich had a glob of bbq-d meat slapped into the middle of the bread. The cheese and onions were nonexistent. The bread was mushy. The whole order was a $30 waste.

I was visiting Taylor this weekend and I was very glad to find the same good food I am used to in Florida. Panera Bread has the same yummy food in Taylor as in Florida. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
