Yes, we are coming back. These folks really take pride in caring for their customers. The food was really good, and the pancakes were way bigger than you would normally expect. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You will be glad you did!“

“The person I talked too over the phone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Once I got home the food was awesome I ordered a meatloaf dinner. I felt so bad I didn't leave a tip for her because I hate leaving tips on my card. I will return tomorrow specially for her to show my gratification. I will return for more items on there menu!“

“Been coming here since the 90s when I was a kid. Recently bought by the mi pueblo restaurant family. They retained the same staff and atmosphere but updated the entire place giving it a more clean and nice place to be without losing its charm.“

“It was my first time visiting Tim’s Coney Island in Southfield this past Saturday with my kids and our church youth group, about a dozen of us in total. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were great, and the prices were very reasonable—our bill came out to about $10 each. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. We all left satisfied, and I can honestly say this will not be our last visit. Definitely looking forward to going back soon!“

“Veal Parm was soo good, sweeter sauce but not super sweet, I had extra cheese cuz why not. Veggie and the cream of broccoli soups were good and the fried zucchini was great. The veal in the dish wasn't a processed patty but actually veal...would recommend. Hubs had lasagna, thought it was ok, liked that they used ricotta and cottage cheese...he still likes mine better...for those that are anti-green pepper in tomato sauces, this had zero, which I liked...would definitely recommend the veal parm and the zucchini, can't speak for the hubs...and the lasagna but it sounded like he'd get it again, he was really wanting the Swedish meatballs and they were out“

“Our flight was delayed and we had just enough time to eat after dropping the dog at pet suite retreat. So glad we found this place. Great selection of breakfast options, even a mini breakfast for $5 which was just enough with 2eggs 2meats and hash browns. Service was efficient. Everyone was friendly and happy to see you. Food was just as we expected. Will remember it for future breakfasts before flights. Lovely people.“

“We went for dinner on a weeknight it wasn't super busy. Our food was all very good. The mashed potatoes were very smooth and buttery. The fried walleye came out hot and flaky as did the country fried steak. Soup was good and we grabbed dessert to take home and enjoy later since we were to full to eat it there. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience and we will be back.“

“This is the first time that I've had breakfast here. I had the breakfast special. My daughter had the meat lovers griddle. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They was no wait for a seat. Our waitress brought us water and coffee immediately. She took our orders promptly. The food came to the table in just a few minutes. Our coffees were never empty. They do a great job here.“

“Ordered late lunch yesterday. Friend got the smothered chicken dinner w/cole slaw side, also ordered a patty melt w/broasted potatoes, and a chili dog. Not sure why we haven't ordered before, because EVERYTHING was simply deliciouso!!!!

Firstly, dinner came w/green beans and she hates them - but they were the 1st thing she gobbled down - nice and fresh! And, the smothered chicken was enuf for 2 days, it was a huge portion and 'smothered' very well.

The broasted potatoes were a pleasant surprise - didn't know they'd be huge wedges, and perfectly cooked (even gave us sour cream for them)!!

The patty melt was typical and was good, cooked as ordered.

Only issue we had was that the chili on the chili dog has seeped out of its packaging and was all over the inside of bag and other containers. And, the containers should have vent holes opened, otherwise bread/potatoes/etc get soggy.“

Pot roast is typically really good, meat was tough this time and carrots raw in the center. Omelette was runny and little filling. Typically not like this when we eat here . We will go back but was very disappointed this evening for the amount you are billed. Tipped the waitress well as she was stressed but still was smiling.“
