It was definitely a great atmosphere and the service was cool … the tacos were great I really love the spicy chicken also cheap
First things first, the food is the start of the show as it should , If you’re ever in the area this is a must try spot. You can tell every order is made with love ,and the owner Alex is always happy to see new faces and will keep you coming back for more. Detroit Loves Tacos is a must-try spot. The food is the start of the show, and every order is made with love. The owner is always happy to see new faces and will keep you coming back for more. The employees are nice and the owner is very friendly and nice. The food is great, scrumptious, and delicious. It does not matter what you get, you will not be disappointed. Favorite things to get are the empanadas, the big burrito, the Tostada, the Al Pastor Taco, the Birria Beef Taco, the Steak Tacos, the birria tacos, and the Cuban sandwich. All proteins are delicious, but the Al pastor is the best and unique compared to other favorite spots in the area. The flavor was delicious. The tostada was so tasty and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The birria taco was so layered with flavor and the consomme was the perfect accompaniment. The salsa was spicy but not too hot. The taco dinners were all fantastic, with all the different meats. The salsas, rice and beans were all great. The portions matched the price point and it wasn’t expensive at all. The entire staff was great and got a huge order together in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
