I don’t know if it’s a training or a staffing issue, but service seems to have declined at this location. I’ve been ordering from here since I was a junior in high school, and normally I love the quick delivery times and good service. But now my food consistently arrives late, items are missing from my order, and sometimes my order is made incorrectly. The last couple times delivery was very slow and cost almost 5 dollars now for delivery, they also did not follow directions on the order that was plain to see because I ordered online.

I just had the most personable, amazing experience at this Jimmy John’s!!! Greg and Ellazandra are truly top tier in their customer service skills. They both were very attentive to me and answered all of my questions. They went out of their way to be so personable and energetic. I loved every second of it and was eating it up! I walked out of there in a much better mood and with a smile on my face all because of the customer service. Keep it up JJ’s and Ellazandra and Greg!
