Called ahead to place order told it would be 10 minutes. Arrive for pickup at 12 minutes was told my order was not even started yet. What exactly is the point of calling ahead?And this is the 2nd time I've called ahead to this store and the 2nd time my sandwich was started AFTER I walked in this store.
