Penn Station Reviews
Shout out to Maya and Gracie at for the amazing customer service and support with my orders.
My first experience with Penn Station and a glitch in the system lost my online order. Maya took the time to hand write out the order and make sure it was correct. The second experience my sandwich was not made correctly, something that wouldn't normally be a big deal but for someone who has food allergies it can be. If I had to choose a favorite sub restaurant, it would have to be Penn Station East Coast Subs. Especially that Dagwood. I just wish when ordering through Door Dash, I could order more than just one type of cheese. I like to think of myself as a cheese connoisseur. I'm not one, I just like to think I am. Okay, I just love cheese! 😃
way way too salty big time ! overpriced and the pictures on the wall look way better than what you actually get . philly cheese steak was a sloppy mess. won’t be going back .

Penn Station East Coast Subs offers a mixed experience. The staff is described as "awesome," and the service is good. Customers find the fries outstanding and travel well, and the cookies and lemonade are really tasty. The sandwiches are delicious, and everything has been good so far. Customers often split a large order of fries, finding it more than enough. It's a good lunch spot, with free cookies on Tuesdays. However, the food may not live up to expectations, with some customers finding too much bread and not enough meat in their sandwiches. The atmosphere can also be overwhelming, with loud music making it difficult to converse. The floor can be slippery due to grease, which is a constant issue.
