The staff was awesome. But the manager with the blonde hair was literally the worst. She berated her employees in front of the patrons over very trivial things. Absolutely wild and super unprofessional. She needs an unpaid vacation.

Very clean. First time trying Penn Station and not really impressed. There are better alternatives. Paid 50$ for 2 regular subs, fries, cookies and 2 drinks. Service was good.

Went in for lunch with my husband . We got sandwiches lemonade and fries . Too much bread and not enough meat in the sandwiches but everyone's cutting back somewhere . The problem was the loud music we couldn't even talk without yelling at each other and when I got a phone call I couldn't hear who the caller was . The management was kind enough to turn it down but does it really have to be that loud to begin with ?

My husband and I both ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. I ordered a small and he ordered a regular. When we got the subs, I laughed. It looked like there was the same amount of meat on both sandwiches. He just got more bread! The flavor on the sub was pretty good, though it could have used the tang of an Italian dressing (not offered at Penn's). It's not a sandwich I would go out of my way for again. The fries, on the other hand, were so good! Perfectly crisp and seasoned, they tasted like the hand-cut fries that they were advertised to be. I would love to have these again, but I'll have to find a sub I like better.

Whole place seems dirty. The floor is always slippery, staff is too busy talking to each other to acknowledge customers and nobody wears gloves when handling food.

Arrived at 5:13 to a basically empty restaurant, staff was non-chalant about my arrival. I waited from 5:16 until 5:27 for someone to take my order. It is now 5:40 PM and I still do not have it. Worst service I have ever had to deal with, the staff didn’t care that I was there.Never coming back and I really hope this place shuts down soon. This is out of bounds and should be noticed by upper management. Hopefully enough people leave a review.0/10.

I've been to a different location several times .This location doesn't serve the best food .the fries are seriously greasy and unappetizing.The sandwiches have some weird nasty tasting flavor to the meat .The girl with the colored hair is a keeper ,she makes sure that you get exactly what you asked for .I got a wrap one time and it had funky dressing on it that just made me want to get sick on the spot I had to spit it out .she had another made and told me it was not what comes on the wrap .
