Excellent service today gentleman behind the counter took my order provided recommendations. Asked me how my Friday is going so far had a nice short conversation got my food promptly with a smile can't ask for anything better.
Giving credit where credit's due. Delicious sandwiches that totally hit the spot after the U of M spring game. Made the decision to eat the new BBQ Doritos on the way home so that I could devour the sandwich alone when I got home.

I ordered online, however when I got there my order was no where to be found. It was determined that another customer walked out with it. The staff was so apologetic made my order quickly, offered a drink for the wait and then gave me a another sandwich free of charge as compensation for the inconvenience. Great employees taking it upon themselves to provide a positive customer experience. Kudos!
