This location is one the best Jimmy John's in Metro Detroit. They always deliver my order on time. My order is always correct. My food is always well made. The delivery guys are always super nice and efficient. Kudos to the owner and the workers for always making my experience that much better. Because it makes my day that much better! My son ordered the wrong ingredient on my sandwich. I contacted the store and spoke with store manager Cairan and he had a new sandwich made and delivered to me!! Customer service like this is hard to come by!!! Thank you!!!
!NOT REALLY A FIVE STAR, ONLY 2 STARS BARELY!I only gave it 5 so this would be seen. The two stars are only because the people are at least polite that ive interacted with and the food has no issues. The problem is delivery. I work 5 minutes down the road and the average time for delivery is around 40 minutes. I order at 11:15 and my lunch is at 11:30 and i didnt even receive it before my lunch was over today. Normally i get it with a few minutes left and i have to hurry and eat...read full review
