Went there last week for lunch and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The doors were filthy. While walking up to the counter, I noticed that the tables had residue of food and drink left on them along with debris on the floor around the tables. While waiting as the person ahead of me was ordering, I noticed that the food prep area was EXTREMELY FILTHY and that the server wiped off the prep area with her gloved hands then went back to prepping a customer's food with those same...read full review
Everytime I come to this location they some how find a way to get even worse. Whoever owns this location should be stripped of their stores. You walk in to order and the staff just ignores you, the one person working the online order station just stares daggers at you when you ask for service, while the guy doing nothing in the back says they're online orders only. Chipotle used to be my favorite place to eat, this place is a dried crusty shell of what it used to be.
I don’t usually complain but let me tell you how disgusting the inside is of this Chipotle!!! Food, napkins, plasticware and garbage all over the dining room floors and the tables were also dirty so I can’t imagine how bad the kitchen is!! Also the young lady working the register today has zero customer service skills or manners! I don’t expect a red carpet treatment but at least have some manners!
