The kid at the register was extremely rude. A young lady had to take my order because the boy simply walked away and started talking to one of his co-workers. When asked if there was a problem with him taking my order, the girl said, " he's just joking around," the boy mumbled,"No, im not." Then he proceeded to run to the back of the store. Will be calling corporate.

Normally do carry out. Lettuce seems to always be in short supply. Hardly any on the subs I have ordered. Now and then, something seems extra chewy. A pepper or something. Staff is friendly. Always tons of people to make your order quick.

This location is one the best Jimmy John's in Metro Detroit. They always deliver my order on time. My order is always correct. My food is always well made. The delivery guys are always super nice and efficient. Kudos to the owner and the workers for always making my experience that much better. Because it makes my day that much better! Great customer service and quality really does make a difference and when I am having a bad day at work, I will purposely order Lunch from here to make my day better! Thank You!!!!

My son ordered the wrong ingredient on my sandwich. I contacted the store and spoke with store manager Cairan and he had a new sandwich made and delivered to me!! Customer service like this is hard to come by!!! Thank you!!!
