I had a large catering order that had to be changed several times. Everytime I called, the experiences on the phone with this team were some of the best I have ever had... what a pleasure! Then, I go to get the order and they are EVEN NICER in person! Helped me take everything to the car, suggested logging into the app because I had earned so many points on this order and loaded a bag up with napkins, pickles and lots of their special sub sauce. I tried jersey mikes for the first time today. Not only was the food so good. The staff was also amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the way they handled their gluten free products is great. They change gloves and have a separate work station. I was in store and watched and they did the best they could to prevent cross contamination between the gluten free part of my order and the rest of my order which wad regularl bread for the rest of my family.
