Visiting home (Novi and surrounding area) for a week we thought we'd pick up a Little Caesar's Pizza but when we shockingly learned they only make LARGE PIZZAS we hotfooted it across 10 Mile Road and ran right into the (new to us) Subway...yay! The lady was lovely and made up my 6" BLT right away and then she was kind and gracious when hubby was trying to make up his mind (he likes almost everything! The lady made perfect sandwiches and we so enjoyed them back in our hotel room!
Visited this location on 4/25 at 10:30AM and it was closed. Supposed to be open at 9AM. Other times I've visited the service is at best a notch below average.
Very dusty and dirty always something wrong with ice maker and place needs overhaul of cleaning how would you know if dust landed in food

The restaurant is clean, with a spacious parking lot, but may not be the best option for those in a rush during lunchtime due to long lines. However, it is important to note that the store's health and safety standards could be improved, as employees reuse utensils without proper sanitizing and knives are only wiped down but not sanitized. Overall, Subway is a decent option, but customers with food allergies should exercise caution.
