Don't go here. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my order after the Subway app told me my order was done. They didn't start my order until I got there, and when they did, they kept stopping my order to make someone elses. 7 people got served before me even though they told me my order was already done and ready for pickup.

I went to this location with a Subway coupon. It was buy three. Foot-long sandwiches for $ 17.99 I asked them if they accepted the coupon and I was told yes she scanned the coupon before I ordered and she said yes they do except the coupon. I ordered my three sandwiches and went to pay for them and then she said the coupon is no good because she had already scanned it. So after her verifying that they accepted, she refused it after I ordered my food and I was charged full price. 35 something dollars instead of $17.99. Big difference.

Two of the sloppiest subway subs I have ever encountered.The condiments and pepper were in a singular spot , leaking out of the end the meat to veggie were not evenly spread . They were next to inedible.

Me and my daughter have gone to Subway in Novi for 4 years. We always had great service and liked our subs. I went to Subway 2 weeks ago and the service was poor. The employees that made our sub’s seemed very annoyed what we asked what to put on our subs. The quality of lunch meat and condiments were in poor taste. When we first walked in management posted a sign in magic black marker that they no longer accepted coupons. It was the worst Subway sandwich’s and the worst customer service. It seemed like management and their employees I didn’t recognize have changed. I will never return to this Subway location at 10 Mile and Medowbrook Rd. again. Definitely do not recommend this Subway location.

Not my first choice for a subway. It’s not the cleanest place in the area. The staff does not listen very well when you order. Expect a couple extra minutes for your lunch hour.

Has the ownership changed? They are completely different then they use to be at this location. They have rude signs about not taking coupons, the bread was over cooked, they no longer give napkins, are no where near as friendly , they are way slower and it's not like it was. I live very close, and they gave lost my business. There are sooooooooooo many sub options in a one mile radius of this location.

Since the place has been managed by indians, I've noticed that the vegetables are not fresh and the place looks unsanitary. Today, I noticed the veggies looked old and frozen, and there was no lettuce available, although it is middle day. I missed the former employees. They were nice people, and the quality was way better.I believe these indian employees should be fired. They are not clean with the place.

Very polite and accommodating staff. They make your sub as quickly as possible and keep the quality high. Also the floor, tables and seating are very clean and the place is well lit. I'll be coming back here often.Parking: Very large lot.
