Today we had a tray messed up. Ordered turkey Tom no tomato. Well got tomato. They are so great. Gave us another tray .no charge.super good customer service. Thank you for saving the day..
These guys are wonderful. I went there after the wixom Jimmy John's botched my order had me waiting 45 minutes for delivery and when the delivery finally came we told them not to send it out but they did anyway the delivery guy left the order on my garbage can. I had to go up to the wixom Jimmy John's and argue with the manager who raised his voice and was completely unprofessional. Incredibly slow location. I’ve been over 5 times and it’s slow every time. Be prepared to wait ten min for a single sandwich.
