Arby's is a clean restaurant that usually gets orders right. Food quality has been inconsistent, with some customers experiencing dry and nasty curly fries. The staff can be friendly and helpful, especially with special requests, but some cashiers may be unfriendly. Prices are considered high, and portion sizes may be smaller than expected. Their strawberry lemonade and vanilla milkshake are notable exceptions, being delicious and served quickly. Arby's has upped their game with a great selection of various sandwiches, including brisket. Cheese sticks, potato cakes and seasoned curly fries are available. They offer great value and some of the better fast food. Shakes and cherry turnovers are very good. The fish sandwich is also very good. John has tremendous customer service, and everything comes out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner.
