“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. “I go through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons every single day, and the service is always excellent. Manager Z has clearly built a fantastic team that is friendly, efficient, and consistently gets orders right.
No matter how busy the morning rush is, the staff are always welcoming with a smile and keep the line moving quickly. It's rare to find such consistent customer service day after day, but this location delivers every time.

“Just got back from eating an amazing chicken Sandwich at Byrd's in Novi. Let me be frank Chic-fil-a and Kimchi Box are garbage. Get yourself a real chicken sandwich. WARNING: Byrd's is not playing with the spices... my wife got her's medium and it was hot.”

The venue is beautiful, staff instantly makes you feel like family, and Laura is an excellent coordinator and planner. She truly made everything feel like a breeze! On top of it all the 7 course meal was delicious! Highly recommend for any event.”

“What a find! I felt like I found a secret spot in NYC! Ordering system is easy. I suggest getting in line and taking a slip for what looks good and then pare down your choices at the end of the line instead of going back and forth. The servings are large, fresh, and delish! Best cafeteria ever!!”

“As expected from the only VPN (Verace Pizza Napoletana) certified pizza place in Michigan, the food delivered nothing short of true authenticity and quality. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and well versed when talking about specials and menu items. The open kitchen and atmosphere really make the experience memorable. The kitchen is very clean and well kept; it’s amazing to see how hard the few people in the kitchen work to craft 10/10 pizzas with unforgettable flavor. The food is as amazing as it is accommodating, many vegetarian items as well as in house made gluten free crust. The drink menu is filled with an extensive list of imported wines and craft cocktails (and mocktails) made with fresh ingredients and good quality liquor. Just like in the kitchen, you can tell the bartender(s) work efficiently to prepare every drink to perfection. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry and has high standards, this place has truly earned my 5 star rating.”
