“The best experience in a fast food dine in restaurant that I’ve had an over 10 years. The food was hot to fresh and with the deals that I got I had so much food more than I would get at Kroger. The staff was friendly, polite amazing not even one single complaint not one negative thought not one negative bad feeling they gave me the sauces that I requested. It was such a beautiful experience. I would come here every single time other than Wixom location or any other location.“

“Autumn is the main reason that I am giving a 5 star! She was so nice and good to talk to. She was patient and so polite and made my food PERFECTLY!!! You should be the one who trains anyone that works there! They cut the bread wrong most of the time and slop the sandwich together. But NOT Autumn! “Just got back from eating an amazing chicken Sandwich at Byrd's in Novi. Let me be frank Chic-fil-a and Kimchi Box are garbage. Get yourself a real chicken sandwich. WARNING: Byrd's is not playing with the spices... my wife got her's medium and it was hot.“

“Numerous times now when I was at front of drive thru line, the car behind me has pulled up so close behind me that when they receive their order before mine they resort to blowing their horn at me or waving their arms wildly in all directions. Do these jackasses realize if they left ample space they could just pull out and drive away? Somehow it falls upon my shoulders that they lack the intelligence to think ahead? Anyhow, it really spoils the whole dining experience. I would like to suggest that you put a sign out front for cars to maintain 3-4’ in front of their car so they can maneuver, I don’t think people will be getting any smarter in the near future.“

“Literally the best. I love big chicken. I get El Shaquito every time. El Shaquito was recently discontinued, and I was sad. The employees recognized me and my friend, and when we ordered the hot shot, they made us a special el Shaquito order. We were overjoyed. If I could leave six stars I would. Thank you. 🙏“

“Order taker; James made this a 4 star instead of a 5. He acted like; i was bothering him with my presence, he didn't greet me , eventhough i said hello, he said nothing. The guy that brought out my order was very courteous. Food was okay...chicken maybe a little over its holding time or over cooked, but ok.“

“I really don't care what anyone says McDonald's is the king of fast food! Sometimes it can get bad because a lot of the workers are young but when it's good it is good! I'm definitely a lover of the caramel frappuccino! That said this location is really good and one of my regular stops for a caramel frappe! It's something about the little ice chips that's all throughout the caramel and mocha frappuccino!“

“We ate at Westside Family Dining yesterday and it was amazing! I had the chicken gyro and it was so good, and my dad got the fish and chips and loved it. Our waitress was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend!“

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“

“Everytime I go to this McDonald’s. The staff is always great. Kaitlyn was very fast and efficient. Always very nice and welcoming. Odele is always very sweet when I go there in the earlier morning! Get my breakfast before work and always make me feel seen. I appreciate all the staff!“

“Taco bell is great. This Taco bell is not. Orders are consistently wrong and the service is slow. The food itself is just off mushy rice, overcooked hash browns, and cold food to name a few examples. The last time they charged me full price for my 1$ drink between 2-5pm. The staff is really nice (I'll give them that) BUT drive the extra distance to Hartland.

Update: 2026 I gave this location 1 star forever ago. They got it together. It’s good now so I changed my rating. You know how Taco Bell is always good BUT sometimes there’s that one time it’s the best Taco Bell you’ve ever eaten. It’s that every time now. I bet it’s partially the current staff. They are awesome.“

“First time here and the sandwich was awesome. Lots of fresh veggies and lean meats. Definitely will be returning very soon. I got the large hook and ladder and it became two excellent lunches. The bread was perfect soft inner texture with just the right amount of crispness in the crust.“

Slight miscommunication on one drink but it was quickly rectified and not a big deal. I think all the chatter in the car made it hard for them to hear. (SORRY!) “I came inside to order. Haven't been inside for years. I was surprised that I had to put my order in myself through a self serve screen that was actually pretty nasty to touch. I should have just used my phone. There wasn't a cashier to take my order and when my order was ready they set it on the counter without saying my name, so everyone was touching my order to see who it belonged to. The food came up pretty fast. The dining area looked clean. I will just use the drive through from here on out! Food was good and fresh!“

“Always busy, making it difficult to get into the parking lot. Though I am happy to have Chick Fil As in Michigan, it isn't a real Chick Fil A. Have you eaten at a Chick Fil A in the south? Then you know what I mean. The service is average.“
