“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“

“Came in to get myself a quick breakfast. I ordered nothing too fancy, a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and small coffee. The food was given quickly. Service was pleasant as the clerk smiled despite being busy, and the transaction went smoothly. After eating and going, I realized just how expensive my small meal was. For what I got, the price was not worth it, sadly. It's a shame, but with their prices going up not matching the pay ratesof the average consumer, i will have to go somewhere else for my default FF place. How times have changed...“
