Our little guy is OBSESSED with firemen/fire trucks and we wanted something simple - so I thought to call and see if we could have 10-15 people gather here for his birthday day "party" The store owner, MATT was beyond excited to do this, so incredibly kind and helpful. Matt even came in on his day off to move tables around for me before I got there, set up a kids station with fire hats, fire safety coloring books, crayons and Junior firefighter stickers! “I come here for lunch sometimes because they have good deals lately. They’ve had to buy one get one free for MLB promo going on. I had never gone to Firehouse Subs before and I am absolutely hooked. I just got their sweet and spicy meatball sub and I added peppers and it was quite possibly the most tasty sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Staff is always great. There’s a really hard-working woman that seems to have everyone on track. I love coming here.“

I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.“

The people are efficient and consistent.
I have been in waaay worse subways.
This is the only one I go to.
The location is great because its right off the highway but its also hidden away.
Tons of parking.
Best park is the nice dollar store next door.“

“My colleagues and I order from here about every other week. The staff are helpful. My only real complaint is the nightmare that is the parking lot. If it's peak lunch time, I won't order from here because it is just too hard to find a spot.

“Placed an online lunch order on a weekday. While the place was packed, I arrived about two minutes after the estimate ready time and my food was ready. I wasn't there long, but did not experience any of the rudeness some others have noted nor was the music blasting so perhaps those prior issues were addressed by management.

My order itself was correct and tasty. I will say if you do not want a lot of oil or vinegar you should note that when ordering. My wrap was pretty drenched in it, but frankly I like it that way and had enough napkins on hand.“

Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. “i didn’t get her name but this older lady was SO sweet and kind. helped me figure out what i wanted and was super patient and made friendly conversation. the food was delicious and will be coming back! the only thing i would say, which isn’t the workers fault, is the table in the farthest corner next to the glass is beyond wobbly and my drink spilled on me because of it. other than that, wonderful experience!!“
