I’m not really crazy about this place but I was hungry so I stopped in for a bite. It meats all my criteria. Staff is friendly and fast and the place from top to bottom is clean as can be. And clearly well managed. The restroom even has a employee check list for cleaning the bathroom throughout the day. This place will get a 5 ⭐️ good job guys
Ordered an Italian sub. God was it amazing!!! Literally the best Italian sub I have ever had. Would definitely go back. Only thing I did not like was the lack of direction in placing an order. I walked in and went to the register only to be told they take orders at the other end of the counter. Not a problem but it made me feel very awkward not knowing where to place my order. The nice lady at the register kindly let me know where to place my order. A sign or some kind of marking...read full review

Me and my family came in on Saturday. It was very warm and welcoming. This was the first time at Potbelly and it was a 10/10. We had the avo turkey, turkey and Swiss and the Italian. Highly recommend all three.
