I go to potbelly often, in multiple locations. This one has consistently given undercooked/barely toasted subs and leaves out multiple items. Idk how to express the disappointment in bashing your favorite sub place. I could eat here every day. But not this location. Thanks for the soggy subs with half the ingredients.

Me and my family came in on Saturday. It was very warm and welcoming. This was the first time at Potbelly and it was a 10/10. We had the avo turkey, turkey and Swiss and the Italian. Highly recommend all three.

We were very disappointed in everything we ordered here. Sandwiches were skimpy and didn't have a lot of flavor. Milkshake was crazy overpriced for the tiniest shake I've ever received (smaller than a Wendy's Jr Frosty). The chili was non-existent, my fault for not going through the whole order - don't do the grab and go online order!

If you're going to close early then why do you accept Door dash orders??? Placed the order and got the text stating Potbelly confirmed my order. 1 hour later I get a text stating the order was cancelled because the atote is closed and the driver sends me a picture of a sign on the door stating they closed early.

I’m not really crazy about this place but I was hungry so I stopped in for a bite. It meats all my criteria. Staff is friendly and fast and the place from top to bottom is clean as can be. And clearly well managed. The restroom even has a employee check list for cleaning the bathroom throughout the day. This place will get a 5 ⭐️ good job guys

What you see in the pictures is not necessarily what you get. My husband's cubano original was okay. My vegetarian was supposed to have avocado but there was none on the sandwich when I got it home. There was very little cheese and adequate lettuce and tomatoes. My sandwich had about 4 bites of adequate filling inside. It was very disappointing. Both buns tasted stale. The staff was very friendly but we will not be going back any time soon. There are much better sandwiches in town.

We were there with a group of nine last Thursday at 6. There were three workers behind the counter. It took 25 minutes to get the subs and another five to get the last of the shakes. Shakes were runny. Sandwiches were missing toppings asked for or had toppings not asked for. It appeared that one of the three employees did all the work while the other two stood around behind the counter.

Ordered an Italian sub. God was it amazing!!! Literally the best Italian sub I have ever had. Would definitely go back. Only thing I did not like was the lack of direction in placing an order. I walked in and went to the register only to be told they take orders at the other end of the counter. Not a problem but it made me feel very awkward not knowing where to place my order. The nice lady at the register kindly let me know where to place my order. A sign or some kind of marking on the floor saying order here would be nice.Food 5/5Customer service 5/5Price 4/5
