I didn't have problems when I first moved here but recently I've been having issues picking up orders, when I show up during open hours and they tell me they're closed or have left for the day (after Subway has already taken my money of course). As someone who has recently picked up a night shift and just wants some food after work, this is a little annoying to have happen multiple times.
I love Subway, unfortunately there's only one guy working the counter. I know that there is a shortage of employees right now, but this single guy was doing his best to keep up with the customers. He should be given a raise.

Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive.
