It took 4:56 to order and get my food even though there were cars in front of me when I arrived. The food was as expected and not terrible which was also pleasant.“
“I used to go to the in town south Lyon subway and in the last year it has gone down hill. This location actually cares and makes my orders not only correctly but they really seem to take pride. Haven't had a reaction yet!Now, not a reflection on the restaurant, but the people driving through the parking lot to go to this establishment were just rude. No manners, no waiting to let people out for parking, blowing horn at others like they are late for surgery...so if you get a humanity scale on here...points off on my review ?Dietary restrictions: 3 regular family orders, chicken, fries, onion rings and burgers...all great. 2 celiac safe burgers and buns and broccoli as a side...also great! “This lil truck stop Arby's has been consistently better than any other location I have been to in the county. I used to work down the road 10 years ago so I went frequently, nowadays I still manage a few stops there in a year and it's one of the very few fast food places I'll still go to. Never a long wait and it's at a truck stop off 94. The stop it's housed in is amazingly clean including the bathrooms and shower area.“
“Last week my husband retired after 22 years of military service. His mother who lives in another state ordered an ice cream cake for him (they are one of his favorite desserts) for our small retirement celebration. She texted me when it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up only to find out Brighton didn't have any cake under my name. I called her to find out what was happening, and it turned out she had ordered it from the wrong Dairy Queen. She ordered it at one in Wisconsin! The staff in Brighton came to the rescue, found and decorated a cake for my husband, and then wouldn't even let me pay for it! Their generosity meant my husband got his ice cream cake and we were cared for at an important moment in our lives. Thanks for your support of service members and veterans!“
“Gluten free pizza is diffiult most of the time anyways as a celiac but the gluten free options here are usually satisfying and havent made me noticeably sick, if at all. Mod has its own flavor that has been consistent in my experience, so i come back when a mod is around ?♀️“
“Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Both girls were fantastic and next time I need gas I’m definitely coming back in for a sandwich!If their boss sees this review, give these girls a raise or a bonus, they deserve it for providing the best customer service I’ve ever had.“
