“I am confused as to how the meat on my sandwich was even considered to be used. Pictures to be posted. It smelled like hot sawdust and cardboard. I've never had food so bad from ANY Arby's especially not M36. It will be quite some time before I eat here again. My favorite national restaurant chain is no longer my favorite. For the moment. 🤢🤔😔“

“This place is overall pretty solid. Food and service are what you expect from Subway. Prices have gotten kinda wonky at all Subways. The physical location of this store is kinda odd though.

Would definitely revisit again if en route and passing by it.“

“McDonald’s! First time at this franchise was today, and in my 50+ years of eating your iconic food, I had THE BEST customer service by Paul who took my order. He has a great way about him. He is light hearted, great natured, and funny, properly used, professional and efficient. I was talking with my sister in law at the time on speaker phone and she began laughing after hearing Paul’s exchange with me, and also impressed! The franchise and the company are well represented by Paul, your front liner. He could train others to follow his way! Give that man a raise! Keep up the great work. Godspeed.“

“Karren and Sierra were working when I came in, and they are absolutely amazing people. Friendly, funny and went above and beyond to provide great service. Karren was the one who made my sandwich and it was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Sierra rang up my order and she was fast and attentive. Both girls were fantastic and next time I need gas I’m definitely coming back in for a sandwich!If their boss sees this review, give these girls a raise or a bonus, they deserve it for providing the best customer service I’ve ever had.“

“Definitely the subway of pizzas. However they are very good. I'm not usually a thin crust fan, but I think there's is very good. Sometimes they seem a little stingy with the cheese even when you ask for extra cheese, and when you ask for more, depending who is helping you they try to say that it expands a lot (it only does a little), and they don't always cover it well. Otherwise the choices are good. We love garlic and they have a minced garlic rub and roasted garlic you can add; it's really good. Also my recent visit, I had my infant in her car seat (didn't have the stroller with me) and the girl who rang me up helped me carry my pizzas out to my car. That was very thoughtful of her. Overall I'd recommend going here.
Update as of 2026: Still very happy with MOD pizza. Employees have always been pleasant and friendly. We've done online ordering more recently and our orders have always been correct and tasty. As of now, we will definitely continue ordering from here!“

“walked right out after seeing their new prices. $13 for one burger, $6 for one Fry $3 for one soda. or RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE: $16.00 for a Burger and homemade chips. this fast food burger joint thinks they can charge premium steakhouse prices.. would you rather?? get A clue. there are way better burgers in this town, for less money. No way that it's worth it. Let me know when you come down off your high horse.“

“Typically, we have a positive experience at the Culver’s in South Lyon. HOWEVER, after placing a simple drive thru order, we waited 25 minutes for the food. There were at least six other cars waiting for their orders as well. THEN, in checking the order before I drove away, I noticed the order was incomplete so went through the drive thru again. Took the manager two trips to our car BEFORE we had everything we ordered. For the delay and missing items, the manager shared two blue poker like chips and he said these are for your troubles today “boss” and walked away. It’ll be a while before we return!“
