These guys are wonderful. I went there after the wixom Jimmy John's botched my order had me waiting 45 minutes for delivery and when the delivery finally came we told them not to send it out but they did anyway the delivery guy left the order on my garbage can. I had to go up to the wixom Jimmy John's and argue with the manager who raised his voice and was completely unprofessional. The female who made my sandwich made it perfectly. I order the vito with extra oil vinegar and seasoning. I specifically asked for 2-3x what normally goes on it. She asked the cashier to specify again. At that point i chimed in saying, apply 3x make it wet. She nailed it with proper proportions. Most either apply too much oil and no seasoning or way under shoot it. Honestly, no one has made it sufficiently for some time now. I was there 12/21 at 3 pm. She listens and does things...

One time, I ordered a whole pickle as my side, but was told I would receive it halved. When asked if the pickles were precut, she said no, but I contested that she should just leave the pickle uncut, to which she conceded. Strange.

Most often this is a good JJ's. Sometimes there a guy at night who just stares at you awkwardly if you order too close to closing time.

Overall, well managed and great workers! I haven't seen that one...
