“I had a great experience at this Subway today. I was greeted right away, and the whole work area looked very clean and organized. Kris and Dennis worked really well together — their communication with each other and with customers was smooth, respectful, and fast, which made the whole visit feel efficient and welcoming.
Dennis double‑checked whether I wanted veggies before my sub went into the oven, and when I asked for guacamole, he let me know ahead of time that it would cost extra. I really appreciated that honesty and attention to detail.
Both Kris and Dennis were amazing. Their teamwork, professionalism, and customer service made this one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time.“

“Probably should've shared this when it happened, but I honestly didn't even think about it. So, I came here about a year ago, about ten minutes after my parents had finalized their divorce. It wasn't messy, or violent, but still nonetheless. Well, my mom sent me in here to get us some food since it was lunchtime and close by. I went in, still kinda shocked about the divorce, and used the gift card my father had given me. The guy who served me was super nice and I almost broke down crying multiple times throughout my order. Either he couldn't tell, or he COULD and didn't want to make me feel worse. I think he did notice, cause he ended up giving me two cookies for free. Haven't been in there in awhile, since there are others cloe to me, but to the people who were there that day, thank you. You're wonderful people.“

“I worked retail for a long time, and I have a thing for excellent customer service. Not over-the-top exaggerated service - but creating genuine interactions with our guests by speaking to them as if they are just a person instead of the next task in line. It’s more nuanced than it sounds, and also not common.. but most things that leave an impact aren’t. Maybe its rarity is what makes it so special.
Tyler provided a level of customer service that any customer-facing business should be thrilled to have in the house. I’ve heard of a sandwich artist.. But a sandwich friend? In this economy?
I hadn’t eaten all day! I was inundated with meetings at work, so I had employed a most effective meal replacement plan for my lunch break: A nap.
So when we rolled in at 7:00 PM eastern standard time, I had only one thought: I need to eat. And by the time I left, and before I had eaten, I still had only one thought. A different thought.
